1. Online Orders
Our website will guide you through the necessary steps to place an order with us. Before you confirm your order, a summary of all the items added to your basket will be displayed. Please check all information is correct before confirming your order. The summary will help you to identify and amend errors in your order before confirming it. Upon submission your order will be forward to us and we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Once your order is accepted and your payment have been cleared, you will receive an email confirming our acceptance of your order. Each order confirmation email will include all details of your order, prices, taxes and delivery charges if applicable. Please check your order confirmation carefully and if there are any problems please contact us. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive by email a shipment notification with tracking information for you package. If you have chosen to collect you order in our shop, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
Payment in full is required before dispatch of goods.
Goods remain our property until paid for in full by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed and accepted, we will no longer be able to cancel it. You can return your order once you have received it. Please see more details in returns.
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested
- One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly.
If we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email and we will credit your account with the sum deducted by us from your card as soon as possible and within 5 working days. We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
Orders will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and listed in Pound Sterling.
Prices online are subject to change and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
We accept the following methods of payments: American Express, Call Back, China UnionPay (CUP), Delta, Discover, Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Klarna, Maestro, MasterCard, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, Visa. If you select Call Back, you will be contacted by us to agree how you would pay for your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-6 working days unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. Whilst we endeavour to do our best, this may not be guaranteed during busy periods. We will deliver your order to the address you provide us at the time you place your order. Please ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and there is somebody in to take delivery of the goods. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, we will email you with the relevant courier name and tracking number and expected delivery date.
You will become the owner of the goods once they have been dispatched to you.
Once you received your order, goods will be held at your risk and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
6. In store collection
If you have opted to collect your order in our shop (option available before checkout) you will need to bring proof of your identity (such as passport or identity card). You will be able to collect during normal trading hours of our shop. We will send you an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
If you wish to return your order, we offer a 14 days returns period from the date your order is delivered or collect at the store.
Refunds will be credit to the original card use for payment. Shipping cost are not refundable. Any item returned after the given returns period will only be refunded at our discretion.

We no longer accept exchanges on items ordered online.

Our jewellery have a warranty of 6 months. You will need to return your faulty item in full in order to receive a replacement. Please note that our warranty only covers faulty items due to manufacturing defects. Lost or stolen items are not covered. We strongly advise that jewellery is adequately insured from the moment of purchase.
We aim to process all refunds within 5-10 working days of receipt of the returned items. All undamaged items returned will be credit to the original card/ method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

13. Product Information and Display
Whilst we have made the effort to display all items as accurately as possible through the website, some images may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to photography techniques and screen defaults. Items may be illustrated at a larger size than actual size in order to show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. The detailing of the items such as colour and/or pattern, you see on screen will depend on your monitor, as such, may not be exactly the same when you receive it.
All items descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our own discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
If you do not receive items ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or email within 10 days days of the date on which you ordered the items.
If the items we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or faulty or quantity is incorrect, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email within 7 working days of the delivery. If notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery
- To replace any goods that are damaged or faulty
- To refund to you the amount paid for the items in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a customer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you order items from this website, your order will be governed by the terms and conditions posted on this website at the time of your order. Please read these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
